How to cook

Bring water to a boil, then reduce to medium heat. Place the vacuum-sealed pack in the water (unopened) and heat for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Place the sealed vacuum-packed bag into the pot.

Heat to medium using the sous vide method.

Pulled Pork : 10 minutes
Spare Ribs : 15 minutes
Meat : 15 minutes

Remove the bag from the pot and open it.

Plate the contents.

Shred the meat (for pulled pork).
